About the position:
Are you proactive, do you like a dynamic work environment and are able to make quick decisions? Then we invite you to join our team and be responsible for organizing less than half (LTL) cargo transportation in Europe.
Your main responsibilities:

- Organize, coordinate and control less than half (LTL) cargo transportation in Europe
- Ensure a smooth transportation process and promptly resolve daily situations and unforeseen challenges
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with customers, carriers and business partners
- Monitor the quality of transport processes, ensure deadlines and a high level of customer service
- Monitor market changes, analyze transport trends and provide suggestions for improving operational efficiency
What do we expect from you:
- Experience in the field of transport, logistics or freight transportation
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solve problems effectively
- Result-oriented, responsible and proactive
- Good knowledge of English (knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage)
