We are currently recruiting for a Transport Manager (for work with Lithuania) to join our team.
We are currently recruiting for a Transport Manager (for work with Lithuania) to join our team.
Nature of work:
- Organization and control of full (FTL) cargo transportation;
- Planning and coordination of the movement of assigned vehicles;
- Searching for new customers, establishing and maintaining relationships with existing customers;
- Active sales of transport services;
- Operational problem solving.
Employee requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of transport is required (working with the Lithuanian market is an advantage);
- Good planning and organizational skills;
- Communication skills, independence and responsibility;
- Result-oriented, good time planning and prioritization skills;
- Ability to make decisions in stressful situations.
