Daily organization and control of international cargo transportation on Western European routes.
Route planning, optimization and vehicle movement management.
Active work with existing customers and partners, maintaining communication.
Coordination of drivers' work, providing instructions and solving problems in real time.
Administration and control of transport documentation.
Prompt response to unforeseen situations and their effective management.

Employee requirements
Excellent command of English and Russian (verbal and written) is required.
Strong desire to learn, improve and achieve results in the field of transport.
Excellent communication skills, quick orientation and ability to solve problems effectively.
Responsibility, attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Experience in the transport or logistics sector would be an advantage, but not necessary.
Knowledge of other Western European languages (e.g. German, French) is also a great advantage.
Strong desire to learn, improve and achieve results in the field of transport.
