Nature of work
- Search for cargo on external freight exchanges and cooperation with existing clients;
- Planning and coordination of long-distance drivers' work;
- Organization of cargo transportation according to assigned transport directions;
- Administration of documents related to cargo transportation;
- Prompt resolution of emerging problems and non-standard situations.
Employee requirements
- Experience in transport management, cargo search or similar field;
- Experience working with transport management and monitoring programs (e.g., Loctracker, Fleethand) is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of ENGLISH and RUSSIAN is required – ability to communicate fluently with customers and drivers on everyday work issues;
- Secondary or higher education;
- Ability to quickly respond to emerging situations and find appropriate solutions;
- Internal motivation to achieve results and improve in the professional field.
