Nature of work
- Plan and coordinate international transportation in Western Europe (including temperature-controlled cargo);
- Monitor transport movements and ensure that trips run smoothly;
- Communicate information to drivers in a timely manner, clearly presenting tasks and priorities;
- Organize the work of long-distance drivers: plan work and rest times, provide assistance on the road if necessary;
- Work with the team to resolve unforeseen situations and find the best solutions.
Employee requirements
- Very good knowledge of English and Russian (oral and written) – a prerequisite, both languages are used in daily activities;
- Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills, ability to clearly formulate tasks and priorities;
- Stress management and quick reaction – ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment;
- Work experience in the field of transport/logistics – an advantage.
