Transport Manager

What will you do when you join our team?
You will take care of the transportation of partial and full loads in Western Europe;
You will cooperate with our drivers - you will help them efficiently overcome daily routes and promptly resolve issues arising on the road;
You will plan the most optimal routes and monitor how well your team adheres to them;
You will monitor the balance of work and rest times - so that our drivers drive safely and according to the rules;
You will manage transport documentation and ensure that orders are fulfilled on time and meet customer expectations and company standards;
Together with your colleagues, you will solve various issues related to transport activities - because our team always works together;
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of internal processes - you will get involved in project activities and create changes together with us.

You have at least 2 years of experience in independently planning transport activities - you know what it means to manage processes from A to Z;
You are fluent in Russian and English - this will help you communicate more easily with colleagues and partners abroad;
You are a sociable person, able to work both independently and in a team and like to find the best solutions in negotiations;
You value independence and are able to effectively plan your working time;

In addition, a motivational salary system is applied after the trial period.
