You will contribute to the smooth organization of cargo transportation. Your work will include route planning, order administration, data verification and collaboration with colleagues to solve problems. This is a position where thoroughness, the ability to analyze information and make decisions quickly are important.
Your responsibilities:
- Administer the company's transport insurance event documentation and coordinate related processes.
- Prepare company car use, rental and sale contracts.
- Administer incoming transport invoices and ensure proper document management.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transport administration documents.
- Cooperate with internal and external partners on transport administration issues.
