Nature of work
- Registration of vehicles at the State Enterprise "Regitra";
- Administration and approval of invoices related to vehicle registration;
- Printing and issuing vehicle identity certificates to customers;
- Ordering vehicle service work and monitoring their performance before sale;
- Preparing vehicles for delivery: assigning a delivery location, performing the actions set to be checked before the vehicle is delivered;
- Maintenance of vehicles in the warehouse, assigning a storage location and ensuring their proper storage;
- Preparation and transfer of vehicle document packages to sales managers after registration;
- Maintenance of vehicles in the warehouse and ensuring their proper storage;
- Administration of maintenance of light vehicles of the group of companies;
- Monthly fuel consumption reports control and approval;
- Inspection of newly arrived vehicles and registration of fuel balance;
- Administration of vehicle insurance claims.
Employee requirements
- Education in business, transport management or logistics;
- More than 2 years of experience in the transport sector;
- Skills in preparing documents, systematizing information;
- Excellent computer literacy;
- Cat. B driver's license;
- Ability to communicate in English and/or Russian (advantage);
- Organization, communication skills, diligence and attention to detail.
