Nature of work
Organization, planning and effective management of international cargo transportation;
Coordination of drivers' work, route planning and control of transport movement;
Coordination of the cargo transportation process from order acceptance to successful delivery;
Constant communication and cooperation with customers, carriers, drivers and business partners;
Administration of orders, data entry into internal systems and processing of transport documents;
Cargo search and execution of transport orders using freight exchanges;
Operative resolution of emerging problems and unforeseen situations, ensuring an uninterrupted transportation process;
Negotiations with carriers on transportation conditions and service prices;
Responsibility for timely fulfillment of orders, smooth delivery of cargo and the results of decisions made.

Employee requirements
Similar work experience in the field of transport or logistics is an advantage;
Ability to independently plan and coordinate cargo transportation;
Good organizational and time management skills;
Ability to make quick decisions and promptly solve emerging problems;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Responsibility, diligence and result orientation;
Ability to work independently and in a team;
Ability to work at an intensive pace and manage several tasks simultaneously;
Good computer skills, ability to quickly master new transport and internal systems;
Knowledge of English is an advantage; knowledge of other foreign languages is a great advantage;
