Nature of work
- Continuous communication with drivers, listening to their problems, goodwill and promptness in solving problems that arise;
- Direct contact with new and existing clients, their responsible persons. Visits, telephone conversations;
- Organization of selection of candidates for vacant positions at assigned clients;
- Smooth creation of a schedule of employee changes that meets the client's needs and coordination with the manager. Prompt change when the need arises;
- Prompt informing all related colleagues and the client about the drawn up schedules and changes in them, control;
- Smooth (timely and qualitatively) preparation of documents related to the drawing up of the schedule and/or changes, hiring a new employee, and training an employee.
Employee requirements
- You are able to communicate in Russian and English (MANDATORY);
- Knowledge of German is an advantage;
- You solve problems quickly;
- You are able to plan your work and time;
- You have a responsible approach to work and a result orientation;
- You have similar work experience;
- You are a team player, able to cooperate internationally;
- You react flexibly to unplanned situations, because you see opportunities, not obstacles, and you strive for your goals.
