UAB "Termoizola" - a specialized construction company operating not only in Lithuania but also in foreign countries is inviting a transport manager to join us, who would ensure smooth administration of the company's transport fleet, coordinate the use and maintenance of vehicles, and contribute to controlling transport costs and increasing operational efficiency.
Your main responsibilities:
- Administer the company's transport fleet and coordinate its daily activities;
- Organize the processes of purchasing, renting, returning and exchanging vehicles;
- Organize the maintenance, repair, insurance and technical inspections of vehicles, control compliance with established deadlines;
- Coordinate the distribution of vehicles according to the needs of the company and ongoing projects;
- Monitor and analyze transport costs (fuel, repairs, rental and others), provide proposals for their optimization;
- Cooperate with transport rental companies, services, insurance companies and other service providers;
- Administer transport documentation, contracts and related data;
- Control the use of vehicles, administer GPS monitoring systems and analyze their data;
- Improve transport management processes and seek solutions that help to use the transport fleet more efficiently and reduce operating costs.
What do we expect from you:
- Experience in fleet administration, transport management, transport operation or similar field.
- Ability to independently plan and coordinate work, set priorities and ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Responsibility, organization, diligence and result orientation.
- Ability to analyze data, control costs and provide reasonable proposals for improving operational efficiency.
- Good computer skills and ability to work with documents and information systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with suppliers, service providers and colleagues.
