The company is growing rapidly and is inviting a Transport Manager to join!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct work with existing clients: ensure high-quality and effective communication with existing clients, maintain long-term relationships and visit clients abroad;
- Supervision of the travel route of tractors: coordinate and ensure that tractors traveling within the EU adhere to the established routes, deadlines and work and rest regimes;
- Providing operational information to drivers: ensure accurate and operational information about the travel route, filling out documents, refueling and other necessary data for long-distance drivers;
- Analyze results and routes, provide insights and propose solutions for process optimization.

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of work experience in transport management (mandatory);
- Good knowledge of Russian and a solid foundation in English (mandatory);
- Motivation to work, strong result orientation and organization;
- Excellent communication skills, computer literacy and ability to work with transport management programs.
