Nature of work
- Planning, drawing up, optimizing waste collection and removal routes and controlling their implementation.
- Daily organization of work of vehicles, drivers and loaders, distribution of tasks and coordination.
- Monitoring of vehicle movement, route execution, work productivity and quality of service provision.
- Planning of drivers' work schedules and workload, taking into account the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania, work and rest time norms and internal procedures of the company.
- Evaluation of vehicle utilization efficiency, optimization of routes in order to reduce operating costs and ensure rational use of resources.
- Prompt response to transport breakdowns, employee absences, route execution disruptions and other unforeseen situations.
- Administration of route documentation, accounting of performed work and activity reports.
- Ensuring compliance with waste collection schedules, contractual obligations and established service quality requirements.
- Continuous cooperation with drivers, loaders, dispatchers, other company departments and service customers.
- Reviewing customer inquiries, complaints and problem situations in accordance with the granted powers.
- Monitoring compliance with employee safety and health, road traffic safety and internal work organization rules within the scope of the position.
- Providing proposals for improving work processes, improving the efficiency of transport use and improving the quality of services.
Employee requirements
- At least secondary education; education in transport, logistics, management or technical fields is an advantage.
- Ability to independently plan, organize and coordinate the work of transport and employees.
- Good computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Excel, electronic document management and transport monitoring systems.
- Understanding the principles of organizing work and rest time of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Ability to analyze performance indicators, assess workloads and make informed organizational decisions.
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language, ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
- Category B driver's license.
- Responsibility, organization, independence and ability to solve problems promptly.
- Ability to work in a team and manage several tasks simultaneously.
