We are looking for a Transport Manager to join our growing team in a transport logistics company that has been successfully operating for almost five years. We are looking for a responsible, results-oriented person who is able to plan and work in an organized and strategic manner.
Responsibilities of this position:
- active search for cargo and execution of orders using international European freight exchanges;
- planning and organization of cargo transportation in Europe (7.5–12 t trucks);
- ensuring a smooth transportation process: communication with drivers, coordination of orders;
- search for new customers and maintenance and development of long-term relationships with existing partners.
Expectations for a new colleague:
- we hope that you have already had similar work experience in the field of transport logistics;
- you know the dimensions of trucks to select suitable loads;
- you understand the working and rest hours of drivers;
- you have good planning and strategic thinking skills;
- you are able to speak English, Russian (German is a big advantage);
- you know how to independently plan your work and time, you are responsible and ambitiously oriented towards the result;
- the ability to react quickly and solve unforeseen situations.
