Nature of work
- Plan and organize vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Analyze and coordinate periodic and ongoing maintenance and repair work of the transport fleet.
- Assess the level of wear and tear of vehicles and make proposals for their maintenance or renewal.
- Register and administer information about the technical condition of vehicles, performed repairs, maintenance, fuel write-offs and other related data.
- Cooperate with car repair shops and other technical maintenance service providers.
- Know the design and operating principles of vehicles and repaired equipment.
- Consult employees on issues of safe operation of vehicles and equipment.
Employee requirements
- Technical education.
- Excellent knowledge of heavy vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Work experience as a mechanic, locksmith or similar technical position.
- Practical knowledge of hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams.
- Category C driving license (code 95 - an advantage).
- Welder qualification or certificate - an advantage.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to independently plan work and make decisions.
