AVS PipeFit is looking for a transport manager who will ensure smooth movement of cargo, coordination of transport processes and prompt resolution of problems in daily activities.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Organization and control of full and partial cargo transportation
- Preparation and sending of requests to transport companies
- Search for new logistics partners and development of cooperation
- Coordination and control of product delivery to customers
- Preparation of cargo documentation (waybills, packing slips, etc.)
- Management of customs documents and coordination with customs brokers
- Search for the best transportation solutions based on price, terms and quality
- Work with transport management systems (Salesforce, Xirgo, Lematics)
- If necessary, short business trips (car transfers, etc.)
We hope you:
- You have experience in the field of transport, logistics or supply chain
- You have experience working with customs documentation and procedures
- You speak Lithuanian, English and Russian
- You have a category B driver's license
- You have a certificate of professional competence in logistics/transport or are ready to acquire it during a probationary period
- You are able to react quickly, resolve non-standard situations and make decisions
- You are organized, meticulous and able to manage a large amount of information
