About the company:
VPA Logistics is a logistics company whose main activity is the provision of customs warehousing and related services. In addition, transportation activities are actively developed, closely related to warehouse servicing in Lithuania. The company values responsibility, clear processes and trust-based cooperation. Currently, a Transport Manager is being sought who will ensure the smooth organization of the work of trucks and drivers and the management of transportation processes.
What will your responsibilities look like:
- You will organize and coordinate the work of the company's trucks and drivers.
- You will constantly communicate with drivers, customers and customers regarding the movement of cargo.
- You will administer transportation documents and ensure their accuracy.
- You will work with sea container transportation processes.
- You will resolve operational issues and respond to unforeseen situations.
- You will use the KIPIS system for data and document management.
- You will ensure a smooth flow of information between all participants in the process.
You will do great if:
- You have experience in the field of transport or logistics, especially with sea containers.
- You have worked with the KIPIS system (an advantage).
- You speak Russian and English well (other languages are an advantage).
- You are able to make decisions quickly and effectively solve operational situations.
- You are responsible, communicative and result-oriented.
- You feel confident in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- You have strong communication and negotiation skills.
