UAB "Kelukis" invites a transport manager to join the team, who will independently organize the work of their own transport fleet, search for cargo, take care of customers and strive for maximum transport profitability.

Primary responsibilities
- Search for cargo and organization of transportation for the company ( 10–15 t.p );
- Planning of own transport work and ensuring effective employment;
- Active work with transport exchanges;
- Cooperation with existing customers;
- Search for new customers and long-term cooperation opportunities;
- Coordination of commercial conditions and transportation prices;
- Conducting negotiations and strengthening long-term relationships with customers and partners;
- Quick response to unforeseen situations and effective problem solving;
- Responsibility for the results and profitability of the entrusted transport work.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in independently planning own transport work;
- Experience in searching for cargo, working with transport exchanges and clients;
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
- Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to independently make decisions and solve problems;
- Organization, responsibility and independence;
- Result orientation and desire to earn according to the achieved results.
