We are looking for a transport manager with experience in organizing transport work. If you have experience as a transport manager or transport coordinator, are able to plan routes, coordinate the work of drivers and make quick decisions - we invite you to join the HRX team.
Your main responsibilities:
- Planning, controlling, and optimizing cargo transportation routes.
- Daily work with drivers – task allocation, consulting, and prompt problem solving.
- Using transport management systems and data administration.
- Ensuring a smooth transport process in cooperation with other departments of the company.
This position is right for you if:
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a transport manager or transport coordinator.
- Have worked with local (Lithuanian) freight transport.
- Are able to independently plan transport and make operational decisions.
- Have good computer skills and quickly understand new systems.
- Know how to communicate constructively with drivers and colleagues.

Work schedule
Work is from Monday to Friday, in rotating shifts that change weekly:
