Nature of work
- Planning and loading of own fleet of road hauliers in the main areas of activity, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability (working with contract and spot clients).
- Distribution of cargo to road hauliers, taking into account the work and rest regime of drivers and the efficiency of routes.
- Formation of the most optimal cargo combinations and their prompt adjustment according to the situation.
- Daily communication with drivers, clients and colleagues, coordinating processes and ensuring the fulfillment of obligations.
- Search for additional cargo and submitting requests to existing clients.
- Slot reservation and unloading planning.
- Quick resolution of emerging situations, deviations and problems.
- The work is dynamic, intensive and requires quick decisions.
- This is not a standard 8-17 work model - in certain situations, prompt response is required even after working hours.
- The decisions made have a direct impact on the company's results and profitability.

- Ability to effectively manage a large amount of information and priorities.

- Knowledge of Lithuanian and English; Russian is an advantage.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Experience in the field of transport planning, logistics or transport management.
