Transport Manager

Working with 15-20 units of trucks.
Planning, organizing and controlling the working hours of long-distance drivers
Communication with drivers and existing customers
Constant provision of information to customers
Planning and controlling cargo delivery and transport routes
Operational problem solving during cargo transportation
Administration of documentation related to cargo transportation.

Knowledge of drivers' work and rest regime
Experience in organizing drivers' work and distributing cargo
Excellent command of English and Russian (verbal and written) (required)
Planning and organizational skills
Excellent negotiation skills, resistance to stressful situations
Responsibility, independence, initiative
Quick reaction, flexibility
Ability to work in a team
Higher education in the field of logistics (advantage)
