We are looking for a transport manager who is comfortable in a dynamic environment, is not afraid to communicate with customers and drivers, and is able to quickly find the most suitable transport solutions.

We are looking for someone who would not only coordinate transportation, but also actively take care of their efficiency - from choosing the right transport to optimizing the route and fuel costs.

What are you going to do?
- I will organize and coordinate international cargo transportation;
- I will search for and coordinate transport solutions according to customer needs;
- I will communicate with customers and drivers;
- I will coordinate transportation prices, conditions and terms;
- I will ensure smooth execution of orders from their receipt to the completion of transportation;
- I will promptly resolve emerging problems and non-standard situations;
- I will administer information related to transportation;
- I will optimize transport routes, assess road distances, road taxes and fuel costs to make transportation as efficient and economical as possible;
- I will analyze transportation costs and look for opportunities to reduce them;
- I will cooperate with customers, drivers and other partners to ensure smooth transportation;
- I will perform other tasks related to my duties assigned by management.
What do we expect?
- Experience in the field of transport or logistics would be a great advantage;
- You have a good understanding of transport and logistics processes;
- You are independent, responsible and not afraid to take the initiative;
- You are able to communicate clearly with customers, drivers and partners;
- You know how to negotiate and find solutions that are suitable for both parties;
- You are able to quickly respond to changes and resolve non-standard situations;
- You know how to plan transport routes and find the most economical transportation solutions;
- You speak English;
- You have good computer skills.
