Your responsibilities will be:
- Active search and purchase of cargo using international freight exchanges (TimoCom, Teleroute, etc.);
- Effective coordination, control and operational management of truck movements;
- Organization of drivers' work and ensuring compliance with work and rest regimes;
- Route planning, optimization and increasing the efficiency of transport flows;
- Operational response to unforeseen situations and effective problem solving;
- Maintaining smooth communication with customers, partners and drivers;
- Ensuring the quality of transportation processes and adherence to deadlines.
What do we expect?
- Ability to independently search for cargo and effectively organize transport movement;
- Experience in coordinating work with drivers and solving daily operational situations;
- Good negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian (verbal and written);
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain professional communication with clients and partners;
