What will you do when you are online?
- Organize and coordinate transport movements in Europe - from ordering to successful cargo delivery;
- Plan routes and fuel replenishments, looking for the most effective solutions that help save time and costs;
- Coordinate driver change schedules and ensure that vehicles and drivers are in the right place at the right time;
- Monitor the progress of trips and resolve emerging situations - from route changes to unexpected situations on the road;
- Supervise drivers' work and rest times to ensure that trips run smoothly and in compliance with requirements;
- Communicate with customers and provide timely information about the progress of cargo and trips;
- Consolidate and administer order and trip information so that all necessary information is accurate and accessible;
- Analyze transport work efficiency and look for ways to make processes even smoother.
What do we expect from you?
- You have at least 1 year of experience in the field of transport and understand how the daily transport process works;
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and Russian, and knowledge of English will help you communicate in an international environment;
- Have you worked with the "LocTracker" and "Info Trans" systems? If not, the most important thing is the desire to learn;
- You react quickly to situations, do not get lost when several issues need to be resolved at the same time;
- You are a person who likes to organize, coordinate and see the result;
- You are able to work in a team, but are not afraid to make decisions independently if necessary;
- You feel good working with a computer and quickly understand new programs;
- You are responsible, organized, communicative and result-oriented.
