Transport Manager - Finland

In Kaunas, we are looking for a transport manager who would organize work with contract carriers (Finnish market).

Job of transport manager:
📈Coordinate and organize cargo transportation
📈 Continuous work with carriers using interactive communication tools
📈Plan cargo collection and delivery procedures, evaluate possible routes
📈Responsible coordination of documents and timely transfer
📈Setting and setting up pricing
📈 To serve the customers of the department promptly and informatively
📈Responsibility that the company's internal procedures are followed

It is important that the candidate is energetic, focused on commercial goals and able to communicate promptly with department colleagues and customers.

Also, we hope:
✔️ At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, transportation or logistics business.
✔️ Ability to work in a team, but to take responsibility for a personal dish.
✔️ Work is always focused on the customer.
✔️ Ability to communicate in written and spoken English (knowledge of Russian would be an advantage).
