Main job functions:
A small transport company is looking for a transport manager to work with road carriers.
Main job functions:
- Search for new customers and communication with existing customers;
- Search for cargo and coordination of orders;
- Planning and optimization of road carrier routes;
- Daily communication with drivers;
- Coordination of trips and transport control;
- Prompt resolution of emerging problems.
Employee requirements
- Experience in the field of road haulage transport management;
- Knowledge of the specifics of road haulage work is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian;
- Ability to independently plan work and make decisions;
- Responsibility, communication skills and result orientation;
