Nature of work
- Planning of transport routes for international transportation (Western Europe);
- Controlling and managing transport movements;
- Organising and controlling the work of long-distance drivers;
- Continuous communication with drivers (most of them are English- and Russian-speaking foreigners);
- Administration of transport and route documents;
- Solving problem situations together with the team.
Expectations for the employee
- Work experience in transport management;
- Diligence in administrative activities;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian (oral and written);
- Ability to communicate, negotiate and resolve various situations related to cargo transportation;
- Stress resistance and ability to make quick decisions
