What will be your responsibilities?
- I plan transport routes for international transportation.
- I will control and manage transport movement.
- I will organize and control the work of long-distance drivers.
- I will constantly communicate with drivers-forwarders (most of them are Russian-speaking foreigners).
- I will administer transport and route documents.
- I will solve problem situations together with the team.
What do you need for successful work?
- Successful work experience in transport management.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian (verbal and written).
- Ability to communicate, negotiate and resolve conflict situations.
- Stress resistance and ability to make quick decisions.
- Higher or higher education.
