- Planning, organizing and controlling the work of drivers;
- Management and control of loading, unloading and movement of curtain side trucks;
- Route optimization and efficiency analysis;
- Administration of transport documents and data entry and management in systems;
- Independent and prompt resolution of emerging problem situations.
Employee requirements
- Similar work experience in Western Europe (at least 1 year);
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian, Russian and English;
- Good computer literacy skills;
- Initiative, result-oriented;
- Management of stressful situations and independent decision-making;
