Nature of work
- Cooperation with drivers, carriers and customers in troubleshooting;
- Planning of international transport routes and management of transport movement;
- Timely submission of tasks to the driver/carrier;
- Communication with customers ensuring timely order receipt;
- Order acceptance, price and freight verification according to agreements;
- Respond promptly and responsibly to problems and complaints, providing information to the client;
- Document verification and submission to the client/accounting department on time;
- Maintaining relations with the company's customers/carriers, ensuring quality service;
- Comply with transport policy, safety regulations, trade union and government regulations;
- Implement cost optimization policy.
Employee requirements
- Knowledge of English and Russian is required for daily communication;
- Planning transport routes within the territory of the European Union;
- Computer literacy;
- Knowledge of the peculiarities of freight transportation;
- Initiative, responsibility, ability to work individually and in a team.
