We are expanding and are looking for a Transport Manager to join our team.

What are you going to do?
- You will be responsible for organizing our own transport fleet and the work of drivers;
- You will plan routes and ensure optimal vehicle occupancy;
- You will communicate with drivers on a daily basis and help resolve current issues;
- You will monitor compliance with drivers' work and rest schedules;
- I will control fuel costs, road and other transport costs;
- I will cooperate with colleagues from the expedition and technical departments.

We hope you
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of transport and logistics;
- Able to plan truck routes and organize the work of drivers;
- Are responsible, organized and result-oriented;
- Able to make decisions quickly and work effectively in a dynamic environment;
- Have good planning, organizational and communication skills;
- Speak English and Russian.
