Transport Manager

What will your working day look like?

• You will organize and coordinate international transport processes and manage the movement of vehicles.
• You will coordinate the assigned fleet of vehicles and ensure the smooth execution of trips.
• You will administer the work processes of long-distance drivers: calling to work, work supervision, shift planning and training organization.
• You will maintain constant contact with drivers, consult them and promptly resolve daily work issues.
• You will manage transport and transportation documentation and ensure the accuracy of the necessary information.
• You will cooperate with colleagues and other departments, resolving situations related to transportation and routes and ensuring smooth delivery of cargo.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in transport logistics or transport coordination would be a great advantage;
• Good knowledge of English and/or Russian;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to effectively organize your work and set priorities;
• Operational problem solving and decision-making in a dynamic environment;
• Attention, responsibility and motivation to work in the transport sector;
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at the same time and maintain high quality of work.

Monthly salary

From 2330 to 2910 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience, competence and compliance with other requirements of the position.
