"Longavia Nordic" is looking for a transport manager with experience in expedition work. We want to add someone to our team who is able to independently organize and coordinate the transport processes of carriers.
In this position, you will be responsible for the effective coordination of a dedicated fleet of carriers and control of the entire transportation process. Therefore, not only work experience is important to us, but also the ability to make decisions, respond quickly to changes and achieve a quality result.

Main responsibilities:
- Communication with dedicated carriers, coordination of transportation conditions and resolution of emerging issues;
- Planning and organization of transportation of cargo in assigned directions (EU - Scandinavian countries);
- Coordination of the entire transport process - from cargo ordering to its delivery;
- Entry, administration and monitoring of transport orders;
- Preparation, administration and control of documents related to cargo transportation;
- Verification and processing of CMR, waybills, invoices and other transport documents.
What to expect:
- 1–2 years or more of experience in the field of expedition – it is important that you are familiar with the processes of searching for carriers and organizing transportation;
- Ability to independently organize your work;
- Knowledge of transport processes;
- Ability to quickly navigate changing circumstances and find the right solution;
- Good communication and negotiation skills – you will have to negotiate with carriers every day, so the ability to negotiate is no less important than transport knowledge;
- Responsibility and result-oriented;
- Good computer skills.
