Transport Manager

organization and control of cargo transportation;
ensuring cargo transportation services;
calling drivers to work and planning the duration of their terms;
returning drivers from work to home and planning the duration of their rest;
planning, organization and control of the work of truck drivers;
communicating with drivers and colleagues, resolving all issues arising in the cargo transportation process;
communicating with the company's clients and carriers, providing clear and accurate information;
controlling and administering transportation documents;
searching for cargo from Lithuania to Europe and from Europe to Lithuania.

higher or higher education (in the field of transport/logistics - an advantage);
good written and oral knowledge of Russian, English and/or German (an advantage);
good computer skills;
communication skills, good organizational skills, ability to make decisions;
experience in planning and organizing similar work (an advantage).
