Responsibilities:
- Planning of transport routes for international transportation (Western Europe);
- Controlling and managing transport movement;
- Organizing and controlling the work of long-distance drivers;
- Constant communication with drivers (most of them are English-speaking and Russian-speaking foreigners);
- Administration of transport and route documents;
- Solving problem situations together with the team.
Expectations for the employee
- Work experience in transport management;
- Diligence and responsibility in the administration of activities;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian (oral and written);
- Ability to communicate, negotiate and resolve various situations related to freight transportation;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, make quick decisions and effectively manage priorities.
