We are looking for not only a transport manager, but also someone who is able to see the entire transport fleet as a single system, analyze the situation, plan several steps ahead and take responsibility for fulfilling the obligations given to customers.
We offer an experienced candidate the opportunity to immediately take on greater responsibility. For a candidate with strong analytical potential who still lacks transport planning experience, we can offer to start with assistant positions.

Nature of work
- Ensuring the fulfillment of projects and obligations assumed to customers.
- Maintaining and maximizing profit and efficiency.
- Strategic planning and control of the entire transport fleet, together with a team of transport managers.
- Assigning cargo to transporters, taking into account drivers' working and driving times, routes, delivery deadlines and transport occupancy.
- Creating effective cargo combinations and promptly changing them if the situation changes.
- Searching for missing and additional cargo for our own transport fleet.
- Calculating transportation prices, participating in tenders and spot requests.
- Coordinating, executing and controlling prices, loading schedules, volumes and order execution.
- Transferring excess cargo to the forwarding department.
- Ordering loading and unloading slots and planning deliveries.
- Daily communication and coordination of work with other planners, managers and drivers.
- Promptly solving problems and finding alternative solutions when the original plan can no longer be implemented.

If you have strong analytical thinking, learn quickly and want to grow in the field of transport planning, but do not yet have enough practical experience, you can start as a transport manager or assistant freight forwarder, later as a coordinator/dispatcher, gradually transferring more and more responsibility.

- The ability to quickly process a large amount of information and select what is most important at that moment.
- The ability to quickly calculate, compare alternatives and assess the economic result of decisions.
- Attention to detail and the ability to notice discrepancies.
- Quick orientation and the ability to make decisions in the presence of insufficient or constantly changing information.
- The ability to change a previous decision when circumstances change.
- Strong sense of responsibility – the assigned area is managed until the final result, and not just until the information is transferred to another colleague.
- Ability to work in a team, share information and together achieve a common result for the entire fleet.
- Initiative, internal motivation and clear orientation towards results.
- High data discipline and structured work style.
- Good computer literacy.
- Knowledge of Lithuanian and English. Knowledge of Russian is a big advantage.
- Flexible approach to working hours and the ability to react quickly when the situation requires it.

- Planning decisions directly affect the fleet efficiency, customer service quality and the company's financial result.
- This is not a classic job where responsibility ends at 5:00 PM – prompt response may be required even after regular working hours.
- We expect a person for whom it is important not only to complete their tasks, but also to achieve the final result together with the team.
