1. Transport Manager (12–18 t, partial loads)

1. Transport Manager (12–18 t, partial loads)
- Work with the EU market
- Management of cargo flows and customers
- Active cargo search in the market
- Work with carriers (12–18 t)
- Attracting new partners
- Do you have your own carriers or customers?
- → remuneration and bonuses are individually adjusted, according to the value created
- Expansion to the FTL / PTL cargo segment
- We are looking for someone who can help grow this direction

Solid experience in the field of transport/logistics
- Ability to independently manage flows, customers or carriers
- Commercial thinking and orientation to results
- Russian and English
- Practical approach – a person of solutions, not processes

Requirements for the employee
Experience in the field of transport/logistics (12–18 t, partial loads and/or CE segment - a great advantage)
Ability to independently manage cargo flows, customers or carriers
Commercial thinking and result orientation
Knowledge of English and Russian
German - an advantage
Quick reaction, responsibility and ability to make decisions
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage stressful situations
Higher/higher education - an advantage (but not a decisive criterion)
Experience in the field of transport/logistics (12–18 t, partial loads and/or CE segment - a great advantage)
Ability to independently manage cargo flows, customers or carriers
