Nature of work
- Search for cargo for our own fleet of 15-20 trucks, ensuring constant transport occupancy;
- Communication with existing customers, search for new customers and creation of long-term cooperative relationships;
- Organization of cargo transportation and administration of documentation related to transportation;
- Planning of drivers' work and rest time and coordination of daily activities;
- Prompt resolution of emerging problems, provision of information to customers and drivers;
- Control of the cargo transportation process from order acceptance to cargo delivery.
Employee requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a transport manager-forwarder, including independent cargo search, work with transport exchanges, negotiations on transportation conditions and ensuring transport employment;
- Experience working with the Benelux, German and Swiss markets is an advantage;
- Ability to plan and optimize transport routes, coordinate drivers' work and rest times and ensure a smooth cargo transportation process;
- Excellent English and good Russian language skills;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills;
- Ability to quickly make decisions and resolve non-standard situations.
