Nature of work
- Organize and manage the processes of transporting goods;
- Coordinate the use of vehicles, ensure effective route planning;
- Cooperate with transport service providers to ensure the delivery of goods within the established deadlines;
- Control transport costs, provide reports on the services used;
- Analyze and optimize the efficiency and costs of the transport process;
- Ensure transport safety, comply with all legal and safety requirements;
- Manage documentation related to transport and logistics activities (contracts, cargo accompanying documents, etc.);
- Take care of the technical condition of vehicles, organize repair work and periodic inspections.
Employee requirements
- Ability to work with transport management systems i.e. TIMOCOM (advantage);
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work with many tasks at the same time;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Knowledge of transport sector legislation and requirements;
- Responsibility, result orientation and problem-solving skills;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel);
- Knowledge of English and Russian (required), German (advantage).
