Transport Manager (own fleet)

Full-time, hybrid work model in Vilnius. The office is located in Pilaitė, part-time work from home is possible.

In this position, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and optimizing daily transport operations on European and Scandinavian routes, ensuring timely and cost-effective cargo delivery.

Main daily tasks:

Communication with drivers (mainly in Russian) and prompt resolution of emerging problems;
Reservation of ferries to/from Scandinavia;
Planning of truck fueling stops, price analysis;
Route planning and optimization;
Accurate management of transport documentation and reports;
Close cooperation with the sales team to ensure efficient loading of trucks;
Informing customers about the status of cargo and transportation;
Continuous improvement of the quality of services provided and operational efficiency;
Communication with existing and potential customers through freight exchanges and direct communication channels.

Experience > 1 year of international transportation in Europe or Scandinavia;
Good knowledge of English and Russian is required; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage;

2000-2500 €/mon. net
