TRANSPORT MANAGER - UK

We are looking for a transport manager to organize work with contract carriers.

Job of transport manager:
📈Coordinate and organize freight transportation (LTL/FTL) (UK market);
📈 Continuous work with carriers using interactive communication tools;
📈Plan cargo collection and delivery procedures, evaluate possible routes;
📈Cooperation with terminals regarding cargo collection/delivery;
📈Responsible coordination and timely transfer of cargo and customs documents;
📈Determining and setting up pricing;
📈Serve the customers of the department promptly and informatively;
📈Responsibility that the company's internal procedures are followed;

It is important that the candidate is energetic, focused on commercial goals and able to communicate promptly with department colleagues and customers.

Also, we hope:
✔️ At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, transportation or logistics business
✔️ Ability to work in a team, but to take responsibility for a personal dish
✔️Fluent English (required)
✔️Knowledge of another foreign language would be an advantage
✔️ Work is always focused on the customer.
