- Planning and control of vehicle occupancy
- Operational resolution of emerging situations and problems
- Distribution of work and management of internal information flows
- Cooperation with other departments of the company to ensure a smooth work process
- Provision and implementation of process improvement proposals
Employee requirements
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work
- Quick decision-making and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Responsibility, communication skills and initiative
- Good computer skills
- Experience in transport or logistics is an advantage
- Experience in organizing drivers' work is an advantage
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at the same time
