Transport Manager (s)

Working with clients and partners, maintaining relationships;
Finding new clients and maintaining long-term relationships with them;
Communicating with clients when resolving freight transportation issues;
Organizing and controlling freight transportation according to assigned directions;
Organizing and controlling the work of long-distance drivers;
Constant communication with drivers-forwarders (mostly Russian-speaking foreigners);
Solving problem situations together with the team;
Searching for freight on transport exchanges;
Planning, drawing up, coordinating and analyzing efficiency of routes (Western Europe);
Controlling documentation administration.

1 year or more of managerial work experience in the field of transport;
Work with Timocom freight exchange;
Work experience in a carrier company in coordination and "loading" (searching for freight on transport exchanges);
Negotiation skills, communication skills, ability to work in a team;
Higher or higher education;
Fluency in English and Russian.
