Nature of work

Job Description (Possible Activities):

Accurate and timely data entry into the business management system ("Infotrans")
Control of collected data, quality assurance and administrative completion of cargo
Issuance and sending of invoices.
Providing information to foreign clients about loading/unloading processes
Data entry and administration in client systems
Sending cargo routes to drivers, adjustments, planning of gas stations
Damage (damage) administration and document management
Daily cooperation with planners and assistance in solving operational tasks

Employee requirements

Requirements:

Knowledge of Lithuanian and English (other languages are an advantage)
Good computer literacy, diligence and attention to detail
Ability to quickly navigate and work with a large amount of information
Responsible attitude towards work and completing tasks to the end
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Quick learning and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
Internal motivation, initiative and desire to improve

Advantage:

Experience in administrative or logistics work
Personal qualities and desire to grow and become a transport manager (planning / forwarding) in the future

Salary: 1500–2800 EUR gross (+ bonuses)
