Hegelmann Special Transporte is inviting an ASSISTANT TRANSPORT MANAGER to join the team.
Nature of work:
- Plan and coordinate the work of drivers and distribute daily tasks;
- Together with the transport manager, you will ensure the smooth organization of the drivers' work;
- Plan and optimize routes, taking into account the nature of the cargo and customer needs;
- Monitor documents and information related to cargo transportation;
- Respond promptly to situations on the road and help find appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
- If you have already worked in the transport sector – great, and if not, don't worry – we will teach you everything;
- You are fluent in Portuguese and English or Russian and English ;
- You are comfortable with computers and quickly understand new programs;
- You are active, react quickly and do not get lost when a decision needs to be made here and now;
- You like to communicate, are not afraid to take responsibility and are able to work well both independently and in a team.

Working hours: I-V, 09:00-18:00, weekends off.
