Nature of work
- Assisting the transport manager in coordinating daily transport activities;
- Receiving transport orders and entering data into the company system;
- Informing drivers about loading/unloading locations and changes;
- Informing the transport manager about delays and other problems;
- Administration of invoices, CMRs and other documents;
- Processing driver data and documents, controlling their validity periods;
- Preparing company reports, summaries and correspondence;
- Ensuring smooth daily office operations and resolving current organizational issues.
Employee requirements
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (written and spoken). Other languages are an advantage;
- Computer literacy;
- Diligence and responsibility;
- Quick orientation, ability to learn and achieve results;
- Higher or higher education;
- Experience in the field of transport / logistics is a great advantage.
