Nature of work
We are looking for an assistant transport manager who would assist our transport team in their daily activities and be responsible for the smooth administration of transport documents and information.
Your main tasks:
Administration, checking and systematization of transport and transportation documents (CMR, etc.);
Collection of missing documents from drivers;
Entering and updating transport orders and other information in the company's systems;
Verification of data on completed transports;
Preparation and transmission of documents to the responsible company departments;
Systematization of information and preparation of data necessary for transport managers;
Assistance to transport managers in performing daily administrative tasks;
Communication with drivers regarding documents and missing information.
