We are looking for an experienced Oversized and Heavy Cargo Transport Manager to join our team, who will coordinate international transport projects in Europe, ensure their smooth implementation, and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.

We are looking for an experienced Oversized and Heavy Cargo Transport Manager to join our team, who will coordinate international transport projects in Europe, ensure their smooth implementation, and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
Main duties:
- Organize and coordinate international transportation of oversized and heavy cargo in Europe;
- Plan and optimize transport routes, taking into account the legislation of specific countries, transport permits, escort requirements and customer needs;
- Coordinate the work of drivers and provide them with prompt assistance throughout the transportation;
- Ensure efficient use of the transport fleet and compliance with driving and working time requirements;
- Monitor cargo movement in real time and promptly resolve delays, route changes and other unforeseen situations;
- Coordinate cooperation with state institutions, permit issuing agencies, escort service providers, customers and other partners;
- Prepare, check and administer documents related to oversized cargo transportation;
- Analyze transport performance results, look for opportunities to optimize processes and reduce transport costs;
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and ensure high quality of services;
- Coordinate multiple transport projects simultaneously and ensure their smooth implementation.
Requirements for the candidate:
- 3-5 years or more of experience in international transportation organization, logistics coordination or oversized/heavy cargo transportation;
- Good knowledge of European transport regulations, route planning, obtaining permits and requirements for oversized and project cargo transportation;
- Excellent oral and written English;
- Knowledge of Russian is a great advantage;
- Knowledge of German and/or Italian is an added advantage;
- Excellent organizational, planning, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a dynamic environment;
- Ability to make quick decisions and remain effective in stressful situations;
- Good computer skills and experience working with transport management systems and digital logistics solutions;
- Initiative, responsibility, diligence and customer orientation;
- Willingness to travel abroad occasionally - for meetings with clients, working visits or to supervise transportation projects.
