With us you will have the opportunity to:
- Start your career in the Swedbank Group;
- Be responsible for assessing transport (Casco and TPVCA) claims, analyzing the circumstances of insured events, determining repair costs;
- Coordinate the claim administration process from the first report to the final decision;
- Contribute to creating a high-quality customer experience;
- Work in a great team and have support;
- Share and acquire new knowledge and skills.
We expect you to have:
- Higher education;
- Work experience in administering TPVCA and Casco insurance claims;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to work in a team and good negotiation skills;
- Technical knowledge and experience using estimating programs (an advantage);
- Good knowledge of English and other languages.
