By joining our team, you will become a transport claims administration specialist and will be responsible for the entire claims administration process.

Your daily tasks:

• Register and administer claims for third party liability, CASCO, CMR, cargo and freight forwarder insurance;
• Analyze the circumstances of insured events, assess losses and coordinate the claims administration process;
• Represent business clients in dealing with Lithuanian and foreign insurance companies;
• Cooperate with clients, services, experts and other partners to achieve effective claims settlement;
• Manage the entire claims administration process - from the first notification to the final decision;
• Prepare the necessary documentation, reports and contribute to process improvement.

It is not necessary to be a long-time transport claims expert - the most important thing is the desire to learn, be interested and grow.

We expect that:

• You are diligent, responsible and able to plan your work;
• You like to analyze information and look for the best solutions;
• You have good communication skills and are able to professionally represent the interests of clients;
• You speak Lithuanian well;
• You speak English (knowledge of German or French would be an advantage);
• Experience in the field of insurance claims administration would be an advantage;
• Knowledge of vehicle repair technologies or repair estimate programs would be an additional advantage.
